The New Era of Cambodia: Unlocking Opportunities, Connections & Possibilities
The Singapore Business Federation (SBF), with the support of Enterprise Singapore, is pleased to organise an Overseas Market Workshop to Phnom Penh, Cambodia from 28 July to 1 August 2025.
This trip offers Singapore companies the opportunity to gain firsthand insights into Cambodia’s evolving business environment, particularly around trade, investment incentives, digital transformation, and cross-border collaboration. Participants will connect with industry leaders such as Cambodian government agencies, foreign chambers, local SMEs and visit key sites such as Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and visit companies that are shaping Cambodia’s business landscape. This program will equip businesses with practical knowledge about the market, regulatory landscape, and strategies for expansion.
Eligibility for Government Support:
To qualify for government subsidies, participants must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents employed by eligible Singapore-based companies. To qualify for the government subsidy, participants must meet the eligible criteria and are quired to attend the full program with daily attendance will be recorded.

Event Detail

• Course Fee payable:
(1) SGD 1,480 - SBF Member (Enterprise SG subsidised rate, applicable for Singaporean/SG PR & local SMEs only)
(2) SGD 2,520 - SBF Member (Non-subsidised rate, applicable to non-Singaporean & non-local SMEs)
(3) SGD 1,600 - Non-SBF Member (Enterprise SG subsidised rate, applicable for Singaporean/SG PR & local SMEs only)
(4) SGD 2,620 - Non-SBF Member (Non-subsidised rate, applicable to non-Singaporean & non-local SMEs)
- Airfares, accommodation, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included. These expenses shall be borne by participants.
- Fee is inclusive of lectures, seminars, business meetings, corporate visits, local transport services, and meals stated in programme.
- Maximum of 2 participants (Singaporean/Singapore PR) from eligible companies. 3rd participant from same company is permitted at full price (without subsidies).
- Please book your airfare and hotel accommodations only after receiving SBF invoice, which will confirm your successful registration.
- The invoice will be issued once this OMW has achieved the minimum sign-up rate.
Programme/Agenda
Below are the daily highlights of the business mission trip, summarizing key activities, discussions, and networking opportunities from 28 to 1 August 2025.
• Day 1 (Monday, 28 July 2025): The mission begins formally with a business dialogue with top industry experts and ending the day with a networking dinner reception with local and Singaporean business leaders to exchange insights and expand network.
• Day 2 (Tuesday, 29 July 2025): Participants will engage in a roundtable with Cambodia Government Ministry to gain insights on investment incentives, outlook of economy, priority sectors and other relevant laws and regulatory requirements and the impact of latest US tariffs on Cambodia’s economy and affected industries.
• Day 3 (Wednesday, 30 July 2025): The focus shifts to experiencing local commerce activities, from logistics set up to operational best practices, as well as the variety and types of local products for imported goods that are in demand, connection to their sources of import, pricing and quality.
• Day 4 (Thursday, 31 July 2025): Participants will visit Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The visit provided valuable insight into the advantages of operating within an SEZ compared to leased premises in the city. Participants can also learn about attractive investment incentives such as tax holidays and customs duty exemptions under RCEP and other Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
• Day 5 (Friday, 1 August 2025): The mission wraps up with a debrief session, providing a valuable opportunity to clarify any outstanding questions and exchange final insights. To provide more options for our delegates in their expansion plans, we will provide a visit to a commerce center in an emerging development zone which includes a co-working office space before flying back to Singapore at noon.
